Refund policy

Settle offers a thirty day money back guarantee. If Settle is not what you needed, you can request a full refund within thirty days of your order date, on the monthly plan and on the one week pass alike. You do not need to explain yourself.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for every Settle order. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the route listed on the about page and we will pass the request on.

Once a refund is issued, paid features return to the free tier. Cancelling a subscription outside the refund window stops future charges and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Referral commission earned on a payment that is later refunded is reversed.
